Shipping prices on this website are based on standard shipping practices in the 48 contiguous US states. Orders will be shipped by FedEx, UPS or Truck.

Most stock items ship within 3 business days; custom items will have a longer lead time. A representative can provide you with an estimate on shipping transit times.

Items that require an LTL truck freight quote are designated as such on the website when placing your order. For these items, a representative will contact you with the actual quote.

Free shipping promotions apply to ground shipments in the contiguous United States only.

Returns:

Richardson Athletics is committed to providing ultimate customer satisfaction. We want to ensure you get the right products to fit your needs.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us and we will work with you to get the correct merchandise. We can send you the correct item along with a return shipping label or call tag for FedEx to pick it up. All you have to do is place the item back in the box and let us and FedEx handle the rest.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Before returning any item, contact Richardson Athletics to obtain a Return Authorization number and clearly mark all packages with the RA number. Packages returned without the RA number will not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original condition and contain any warranty information, instructions, etc. that were included in the original shipment. Customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return or exchange including the original shipment. For defective items or items received in error, Richardson Athletics will be responsible for any additional freight charges. Custom orders are not returnable. Due to policies of some manufacturers, returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery for damages and shortages. If damages or shortages occur, note it on the bill of lading and contact us immediately. Hidden damage must be reported within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Freight companies do not allow claims after this time period has expired. If not reported within time, any claims for damage with Richardson Athletics will be forfeited.

Products with warranties follow the return policy guidelines of the specific warranty.
